THE Baesman Story
Prior to the re-design, Bonfire Red worked with the Baesman team to define their evolved story, creating a new narrative and content strategy for the business. We enlisted long-time collaborator, Gregor Gilliom, as copy tsar, establishing a narrative which mapped back to the core values we previously defined. While the new positioning now integrates the Insights, Marketing, Printing, and Fulfillment practices, the company's voice remains similar: succinct, direct, and descriptive of possibilities. What changed, however, is shifting the focus from their capabilities to their client's needs.
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
As long-time stewards of the Baesman brand language, Bonfire Red was able to once again enhance the visual appeal of the design while enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. A series of decisive actions were taken to streamline the navigation and functionality of Baesman's website. To facilitate easier communication, “connect with us” contact buttons were prominently positioned on key service pages and included on all case study pages, ensuring that potential clients could effortlessly reach out at any stage of their journey. The design approach also took a firm stance against cluttering key service pages with additional floating headers or navigation bars, thereby preserving a clean, focused user experience.
ORIGINAL CONTENT
Bonfire Red showcased the diverse environments and cultures of Baesman, focusing on the art of commercial print production while always keeping the essence of what makes Baesman unique: the people. In 2014, we were present during their initial website redesign, creating both video and still assets. More recently, in 2021, we revisited Baesman simultaneous to the redesign to capture their new corporate headquarters and fulfillment warehouses.
