Sr. Account Manager

At Bonfire Red, strong, lasting relationships are at the core of everything we do. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who’s an experienced relationship builder and skilled at shaping award-winning brand stories, someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and getting sh*t done.
This is a hands-on role, working shoulder-to-shoulder across multiple disciplines to chart the course together. Clients will count on you to be the translator between big-picture strategy and unmatched execution, and be their trusted partner on speed dial. You’ve got to be the one who dives in, stays calm, and gets things moving in the right direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple high-stakes projects.
- Know your clients’ goals inside and out, and push them toward bigger, better ideas.
- Hunt for growth opportunities, expanding relationships, and spotting value-added work no one else saw coming.
- Guide clients and our team through every project phase like it ain’t your first rodeo (because it’s not).
- Keep scope, timelines, and budgets tight, but know when to throw the playbook out for a better outcome.
- Foster collaboration to ensure a successful and productive team
- Craft proposals and SOWs that present smart, creative options to meet client needs.
- Help juggle resources and priorities across the studio without breaking a sweat.
- Own the details: billing, invoicing, vendor management, etc., because the busy-work matters.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 6–8+ years leading client relationships in a creative, digital, or marketing agency/studio.
- Passion for all things branding, digital, print, original content, and campaigns.
- Street cred for building trust across strategists, designers, writers, and developers.
- Experience growing accounts and bringing in new work without being salesy.
- Fearless communication and facilitation skills for workshops, meetings, and tough conversations.
- Ability to deliver honest feedback with empathy, not ego
- Pro-level organization skills and attention to detail (yes, your spreadsheets have spreadsheets).
- Fluency in G-Suite, Slack, and Mac-based workflows software (Wrike is a bonus).
- A relevant degree is nice, but your track record speaks louder.
