As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll craft stories that make brands feel alive—strategic, fearless, and unmistakably human. You’ll lead the charge on messaging platforms, tone of voice, and creative concepts that shape how brands show up in the world.
What You'll Do
- Concept, write, and edit copy across branding, web, print, video, and campaigns
- Translate strategy into voice and tone that feel authentic and ownable
- Develop content frameworks, messaging platforms, and brand pillar narratives
- Shape brand strategies that define new brands, elevate existing brands, and drive connection with their intended audience
- Partner with designers to ensure visuals and words work simpatico
- Support internal marketing, case studies, and proposals
- Mentor junior writers and elevate the storytelling standard across the studio
- Review, edit, and proof content to ensure accuracy, clarity, quality, and adherence to style guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish and manage Bonfire Red self-promotion and overall communication strategy
- Present and pitch content ideas for proposals alongside Bonfire Red leadership
HIGHLY MOTIVATED, CREATIVE, STRATEGIC
COPYWRITER
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of proven experience crafting copy across digital, print, and multimedia channels
- Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and style, with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands and audiences
- Strong conceptual thinking skills to develop campaign ideas and overarching narratives
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging copy
- Experience collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of copy and visuals
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure
- Keen understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize copy for digital performance
