Lead Designer
Lead Designers collaborate with Designers, Writers, Producers, and Developers to create award-winning work at Bonfire Red. As a member of our design team, you’ll be responsible for concept design through production for brands ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Your work will be diverse, ranging from brand strategy and identity to website redesigns to prototyping UX/UI design for digital projects.

- 3+ Years Experience: Branding and UX/UI experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or a killer portfolio and some serious design-savvy).
- Passion: For the work and for the team. Show up strong everyday to create great work with those around you.
- Creative Vision: Drive results through strategic thinking and contribute creative ideas while executing a shared vision
- Visual Prowess: Strong visual design skills for branding, print, web and mobile experiences
- Project Success: Take a project to success and lead design efforts when necessary
- Concept to Execution: Take ideas from sketches and bring them to life through beautiful and effective designs, lead website redesigns from concept to QA
- Information Architecture: Use best practices to develop sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows
- UX/UI Proficiency: Clearly articulate UX/UI reviews both internally and to clients
- Collaboration: Work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team (developers, copywriters, producers, other designers, and interns)
- Communication: Effectively convey design ideas through written and verbal communication
- Time Management: Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, self-managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure on-time project delivery
- Adaptability: Be nimble and embrace change in a dynamic environment
- Feedback-Driven: We are a collaborative team. Give and receive feedback in a respectful manner for project and personal growth.
- Production: Prepare files for print production, HTML, emails, social assets, and style guides
