    We all need a break – and taking time off to refuel is always encouraged. We offer a staggered PTO schedule (based on your time aboard) and have an average of 13 paid holidays including a full week studio shut down between Christmas and New Years.

- ### Mat & Pat Leave
    
    Family time is precious. We offer paid maternity and paternity leave for up to 12 weeks for a natural birth or adoption.
- ### Sabbatical
    
    After committing 6 years of badassery, we’ll give you extra refuel time with a 4-week paid sabbatical as a big THANK YOU. Hit 10 years, you’ll get another. After that, every 5 years—forever.
- ### Fuel Award
    
    We have a peer nominated quarterly and annual cash awards ($500/quarter and $2500/year) to celebrate the Bonfire Red maker who represents our brand pillars.
