  ### Augmented Reality

As the story goes, when Ahikulu consumed AUAHA WAHIE, a great wave of inspiration came upon the ruler of the digital underworld. Entranced with a fire of creativity, Ahikulu created a custom Instagram filter that would transcend generations. You can access this ancient filter and choose to embody your favorite tiki god by going to Bonfire Red’s Instagram account (@bonfirered) and tapping on the face icon shown below.

 ### Pauwua

Born from the deepest layer of the earth, Pauwuh is the god of order and lists. The keeper of charts and agendas; the shit storm navigator; the herder of men. The grounding force behind every task and catastrophe, Pauwuh brings balance and sanity to an insane world.

### Ahikulu

The ruler of the digital (under) world, the god of fire and hypertext. Ahikulu has the power to build and destroy - to construct and mold beauty into tangible form, and burn it all down with a single key command. The backbone in which Wonani lays their creation upon.

### Wonani

Born to the sea and the wind, Wonani is the god of chaotic creation. Calm one moment, caught in a tumultuous mental sea storm the next moment. Organizer of color, line and curve. Wonani is at the whim of where the creativity sea flows and the timeline wind blows.

### Tiki Mugs

We partnered with ceramist Patrick Thompson, who whipped out over 100 mugs in tiki-god-like speed and took our vision to the next level with a glaze that mimicked natural materials found in the Pacific region.

### Auaha Wahie - (Creative Fuel)

After a riveting night of “testing” out multiple tiki-inspired concoctions in the studio, we landed on our favorite Auaha Wahie elixir consisting of silver tequila, ginger beer, a squirt of lime juice and simple syrup. All of which was neatly packed safely in burlap for its voyage.

### Packaging

Secure transport, both in a fictional and real life aspect, was the biggest challenge to protect the ancient tiki relics while providing an authentic design. It was all hands on deck to cut, sand, stain and assemble the weathered yet solid boxes with many late nights. Upon final assembly, each box got a BFR stamp of approval with a custom made branding iron of our fire logo.
