Realizing that their marketing successfully connected with their Canadian customer base, Tim Hortons reached out to Bonfire Red to execute buzz-worthy social media and email marketing that would relate to (and excite) a U.S. customer base in the same way.
To increase Tim’s fan base and raise engagement with the brand, we designed and built a social tab that housed a series of entertaining webisodes. Soon after, our engagement with Tim Hortons grew. We began designing and deploying their semi-monthly U.S. email blasts including custom content: original illustrations, photography and hand-drawn fonts–all created to complement the current Tim Hortons branding in a digital friendly way, encourage brand engagement and grow their fan base.
