A new website would launch the brand’s fresh look along with their re-commitment to creating the level of style, fashion, quality, and amazing experience Coldwater Creek has always been famous for. With a rich heritage and an abundance of devoted fans, we had to carefully re-introduce the brand in a way that attracted new customers while maintaining the loyalty of the current consumer base.
We designed a simple, yet sophisticated e-commerce experience, as well as designing and executing ongoing email campaigns and social media updates. Beyond original content creation and design, our role, as the lead project manager, was to meet aggressive daily deadlines in a timely manner while building effective relationships across merchandising, creative, development and leadership teams.
